Returns
How to make a return:

- Click on "Order return label here".
- Enter the requested information and your order number in the 'Original Order Number' field.
- Complete the process with all the requested information.

- The products must be intact, with the label still on.
- You can reuse the bag we sent them in.
- Once they are packed, go to the nearest pickup location with the email from DHL containing the return details.

Once we receive your return, we will refund the amount minus a return shipping fee of .
If you have submitted an exchange order, we will refund the full amount.

Exchanges
How to exchange a product:
For exchanges, follow the same process as for returns.
You must place a new order with the desired exchanged product.
Refund
We will refund the purchase amount no later than 14 days after receiving the return.
The refund will be made via the same payment method as when purchasing (Stripe, Klarna, Vipps).
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item.
Terms of return
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means that you can return items within 30 days of receiving them.
All products must be returned in their original packaging and with all labels intact.
You are responsible for any loss in value due to unnecessary use.
